We offer competitive pay ranging between $15-$25/hr, with this role working Friday - Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm, 12-hour shifts. Welders working their full 36-hour shift in a week will be paid for 40 hours.

Welder Overview: As a Welder, you'll fuse fabricated components to create robust structural forms, crucial for our projects. Safety is paramount, and your role involves adhering to safety standards to protect yourself and others. If you're ready to use your welding skills in a dynamic, safety-focused environment, this is the role for you.

Pay Range:

  • $15-$25/hr based on skill demonstrated during weld test
  • Paid weekly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand welding symbols and select proper materials.
  • Locate pieces approved by Quality Control and gather necessary equipment.
  • Clean welded pieces for further processing.
  • Follow all safety, QA/QC, and OSHA regulations.
  • Work overtime and maintain punctual attendance.
  • Perform additional functions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of welding experience.
  • Ability to read welding symbols and structural drawings.
  • Pass a tape measure test.
  • Pass an unlimited thickness groove plate test in various positions using FCAW.
  • Ability to carbon arc gouge back sides of joints.

Physical Demands:

  • Lift at least 50 pounds frequently.
  • Work may require overtime, weekends, bending, and working in challenging positions.
  • Tolerance for temperature fluctuations, dust, and noise.

This role is classified as safety sensitive. Candidates must demonstrate proactive safety practices and uphold safety policies as a fundamental employment condition.
