Pay Rate and Schedule
  • Wage: $18.80/hour
  • Schedule:

    1st shift Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
    Overtime may be available voluntarily based on business needs and with leader prior authorization.
Position Start

THIS POSITION WILL START IN JANUARY 2026.

In This Role, You Will
  • Work as a team, following work instructions to build Caterpillar machines.
  • Collaborate with support teams to make continuous improvements to our assembly process.
  • Utilize assembly tools and lifting devices to make the work easier and safer.
  • Own your work, actively learning and improving to ensure the highest level of safety and quality.
What You Will Have
  • Previous work or volunteer experience (assembly experience not required; training provided).
  • Willingness and ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to various operations.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Physical

Job Requirements – Production
  • Stand and walk on concrete floors retrieving parts or tools.
  • Occasionally kneel, squat, climb stairs or lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Perform movements such as reaching, bending, twisting, and operating heavy equipment.
  • Occasional exposure to vibration tools; use hands/fingers for controls or computer.
Top Candidates Will Also Have
  • Manufacturing or parts/product assembly experience.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Pre‑Employment Screening
  • Background screening.
  • Drug screening.
  • Post‑offer medical questionnaire (clearance from Corporate Medical).
