When fully staffed, we have a maintenance team of 25 working on a variety of machines. We are looking for maintenance personnel with various skill sets (electrical, mechanical, welding, etc.) across all levels. We provide on‑the‑job, offsite technical, and vendor training. Our advanced facility has a wide variety of machinery.

• Perform regular maintenance checks on food production machinery and equipment, including conveyors, mixers, packaging lines, and refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance.
• Cooperate with supervisors, machine operators, and other maintenance personnel in troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
• Quickly diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in various machines and equipment to minimize production disruptions.
• Assist with maintaining parts inventory, ordering necessary parts, and ensuring that spare parts are available to reduce equipment downtime.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to meet production specifications, ensuring high‑quality output.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all personnel and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
