We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our three-person marketing team. This is a hands‑on leadership role, not a strategy‑only position. You'll set priorities and guide the team. You'll also roll up your sleeves to write and edit content, publish social posts, build email campaigns, and prepare for conferences right alongside them. The Marketing Manager will primarily lead the day‑to‑day marketing function for CRNA Locum Jobs, which is expected to represent approximately 95% of the role, while providing marketing support to Pharmacy Locum Jobs, which is expected to represent approximately 5% of the role.
You'll build on a solid foundation: defined brands, an active social presence, a conference and events calendar, and a performance dashboard. Your job is to keep the team producing at a high level and make our work sharper and more effective over time. You'll work closely with Recruiting, Account Management, Sales, and leadership.
- Set daily priorities and use Asana to assign work and keep the team on deadline
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance management
- Review content for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency before it goes out
- Keep a healthy content pipeline so the team stays ahead of demand
- Partner with Recruiting, Account Management, Sales, and leadership to turn their needs into marketing priorities
- Spot workflow improvements and bring ideas to leadership
- Execute the social media strategy, content calendar, and posting cadence across active platforms
- Lead the weekly social media meeting and make sure upcoming content is ready for review
- Manage a varied content mix: job posts, reels, educational content, provider‑focused content, company culture, and conference coverage
- Monitor comments and messages and route inquiries to the right people
- Evaluate what's working and recommend changes to topics, formats, and timing
- Maintain and enforce brand standards for voice, messaging, and visuals across all channels
- Lead marketing preparation for conferences and events, including graphics, collateral, signage, giveaways, and social coverage
- Coordinate conference content before and after each event so it fits the overall marketing calendar
- Oversee the Brand Ambassador Program, making sure deliverables are completed and tracked
- Represent the company at select conferences (e.g., the annual AANA conference and one or two smaller events each year)
- Maintain the Marketing Dashboard, track results against each metric, and flag trends and risks
- Build and carry out action plans when a metric falls short
- Give leadership clear, concise performance updates on a regular schedule
- Use data to guide content decisions across social, email, and B2B
- Hold the team accountable for the deliverables that move our key metrics
- Plan and publish a recurrent B2B Linked In post for facility leaders and industry decision‑makers, in alignment with Sales and leadership
- Oversee provider email campaigns, job alerts, and recurring communications
- Review email and B2B engagement and recommend improvements
- Provide marketing support for text initiatives as needed
- Work with leadership to identify website content that needs updating and submit change requests
- You know the brands, the dashboard, the content calendar, and each team member's strengths and workload
- You've met with Recruiting, Account Management, Sales, and leadership to understand their marketing needs
- You're running the team's daily priorities and Asana workflow, and the weekly social meeting is on…
