  • Help develop and maintain an outreach and events calendar, including target audiences, event dates, locations, staffing needs, materials, follow-up actions, and engagement goals.
  • Coordinate and attend community outreach events to promote program awareness, answer basic program questions, gather leads, and connect customers or stakeholders with appropriate program resources.
  • Work with trade allies to identify, plan, and support co-branded or partner-supported events, including contractor open houses, customer education sessions, community tabling events, and other engagement opportunities.
  • Track leads, customer interactions, event participation, trade ally involvement, and follow-up activities using approved tracking tools, spreadsheets, CRM systems, or other program reporting processes.
  • Prepare outreach summaries, event recaps, lead reports, and other updates to help program leadership assess event effectiveness and refine outreach strategies.

  • Support the development, organization, and distribution of outreach materials, event signage, customer handouts, presentations, talking points, and other program resources.
  • Assist with meeting coordination and logistics, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating room or virtual meeting setup, ordering lunches or refreshments, arranging supplies, and documenting follow-up items.
  • Maintain organized records for outreach activities, event documentation, contact lists, materials, reports, meeting notes, and related program files.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support to help the outreach and operations teams stay organized and responsive to client, customer, and partner needs.
  • Represent utility programs in a professional, positive, and customer-focused manner during in-person events, phone calls, meetings, and partner interactions.
  • Support internal team meetings, trade ally meetings, community presentations, and client-facing updates as needed.
