Full-Time | From $33.00/hour | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | No Weekends or On-Call

As a Registered Nurse in our ambulatory surgery center, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical operations and high-quality patient care. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, patients, and interdisciplinary staff—making a direct difference in both the care process and patient satisfaction.

• Provide direct patient care and support in alignment with professional nursing standards
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and assist with diagnostic evaluations
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist physicians during minor surgeries
• Perform pre‑op and post‑op care, including patient education and discharge planning

• Coordinate with physicians, outside agencies, hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, and other medical offices
• Support fellow medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow and clinic operations

• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of medical equipment

• Excel in a fast‑paced environment and can prioritize effectively
• Communicate clearly and work well within a collaborative team
• Are compassionate, detail‑oriented, and committed to patient well‑being
• Appreciate consistent weekday hours and work‑life balance

• Current RN license in good standing (Arkansas or multi‑state license including AR) required
• CPR certification required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous clinical experience (ambulatory surgery or pain management) preferred
• Knowledge of neck, spinal, or plastic surgery procedures preferred

• Monday–Friday day shifts — no weekends, no on call
