Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory Surgery
Full-Time | From $33.00/hour | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | No Weekends or On-Call

The OpportunityAs a Registered Nurse in our ambulatory surgery center, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical operations and high-quality patient care. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, patients, and interdisciplinary staff—making a direct difference in both the care process and patient satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities — Clinical Leadership & Patient Care- Provide direct patient care and support in alignment with professional nursing standards
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and assist with diagnostic evaluations
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist physicians during minor surgeries
- Perform pre‑op and post‑op care, including patient education and discharge planning
- Coordinate with physicians, outside agencies, hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, and other medical offices
- Support fellow medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow and clinic operations
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of medical equipment
- Excel in a fast‑paced environment and can prioritize effectively
- Communicate clearly and work well within a collaborative team
- Are compassionate, detail‑oriented, and committed to patient well‑being
- Appreciate consistent weekday hours and work‑life balance
- Current RN license in good standing (Arkansas or multi‑state license including AR) required
- CPR certification required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous clinical experience (ambulatory surgery or pain management) preferred
- Knowledge of neck, spinal, or plastic surgery procedures preferred
- Monday–Friday day shifts — no weekends, no on call
