August Graduates.

Start date:

October 2024. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a specially trained member of the inpatient care team. The LPN supports the ongoing delivery of care and is an integral member of the care for patients and families. The LPN works under the direct supervision of the Clinical Services Manager (CSM) and indirectly under the direction of the RN.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse License in the State of Arkansas by the date of hire
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to accept and follow written and verbal instructions, ability to communicate following Guest Care guidelines.
  • CPR certification (BLS) completed during probationary period
