Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Rotating weekends)

Support patients in the comfort of their homes while managing acute conditions, medications, and care plans.

• $40–$43 per hour

• Start patient care, including nursing assessment, medication reconciliation, safety assessments, and implementing standardized protocols.
• Administer prescribed medications (typically intravenously), obtain blood samples, insert foley catheters, and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Educate patient on illness management, prescribed medications, nursing interventions, and care plan.
• Identify and act on changes in patient’s condition.
• Evaluate and revise care plans/assessments based on changes in patients and/or their environments.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and care coordination details.
• Participate in regular in‑service or special case orientations as needed.
• Participate in on‑call rotation.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Associate of Science in nursing.
• Current RN license specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
• One year of adult acute inpatient medical, or medical/surgical care experience within the last five years.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation and company‑required liability insurance.

• Bachelor of Science in nursing.
• Experience providing RN services in the home, community, or clinic.
• Adult medical critical care.
