The Bridge Way is looking for a dynamic behavioral health professional who is dedicated and passionate about providing quality services and care to our community. Under the direction of the Director of Intake, the Intake Manager assures smooth and orderly admissions into the hospital. Receives incoming admission inquiry calls, assesses patients for admission, and makes appropriate referrals. The Manager also participates in staff evaluation, shift leadership, and provides task assignment and accountability necessary to complete all admissions related duties for their shift.

Education, Experience and
Certifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field OR a current RN license to practice nursing in the state of Arkansas.
- Current CPR and Handle with Care certifications (offered onsite).
Total education, vocational training, and experience:
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred.
- Prior management experience preferred.
