Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to perform clinical procedures and use medical equipment safely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Advanced certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Experience working in specialized units such as ICU, ER, or Pediatrics.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in patient education or mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health status and care needs.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments and physician directives.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses.
