Summary ofJob Duties:
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a pivotal role in patient care by emphasizing excellence, compassion, and evidence-based practice. This role supports the UAMS Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Outpatient Clinics in Northwest Arkansas. Primary responsibilities include direct patient care, triage, coordination, and collaboration with providers, patients, and families. The RN will work with patients and referral sources to facilitate appointments, coordinate transitions of care, obtain medical clearances, and provide education on complex conditions.
The RN partners with patients, families, and providers to develop and implement individualized health plans.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Associate’s degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master’s degree in Nursing.

- Minimum of one (1) year of Registered Nursing experience.
