Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Post Partum (Nights)

Johnson, AR | Acute Care

Contract | Travel | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 12-Week Assignment

• Provide direct patient care on a combined Medical Surgical and Post Partum unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population including med surg and post partum patients
• Maintain competency and comfort with both Medical Surgical and Post Partum patient populations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility protocols

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical RN experience
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required — may be completed prior to start date if not currently held at time of submission
• Comfort and experience working with combined Med Surg and Post Partum patient populations

• Prior experience on a combined Med Surg / Post Partum unit
• Experience in a travel or contract nursing capacity
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
