PRN LPN: Geriatric Care & Resident Support

The Baptist Health system seeks an LPN for Parkway Health Center to document admission and ongoing resident data accurately and report findings promptly to the RN and physician. The role involves administering medications per physician orders, following policy, and contributing to the plan of care.

The LPN will maintain a clean, safe environment, assist with tests and consults, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants while prioritizing resident comfort and safety in a geriatric setting.
