10 Week Project
A clinical research site in Little Rock needs a junior regulatory professional for a 10-week contract. This is a good fit if you have some site-level regulatory experience and want to keep it current with a fast-moving team.
What you'll do
- Prepare and maintain regulatory binders and Investigator Site Files (ISF)
- Prepare and submit IRB documents, including submissions, amendments and renewals
- Manage essential documents and keep them audit-ready
- Keep study training records and logs up to date
- Support the regulatory team with document control and day-to-day admin
- Some hands-on site regulatory experience, ideally 1 to 2 years in clinical research at a site or CRO
- Familiarity with IRB submissions and essential documents
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Comfort with Microsoft Office
- Right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
- Ability to start quickly
Nice to have
- A two-year degree or higher
- Phase I experience
- Knowledge of GCP
