Lexicon is seeking a highly experienced Coating Quality Supervisor to oversee coating and painting quality management across multiple facilities. You will ensure compliance with CCS requirements, AMPP/SSPC standards, and customer specifications while guiding inspectors and production teams.
You will drive standardization of procedures, lead audits, and manage documentation, training, and KPIs to sustain quality from contract review through final shipment.
