Evernest is a full-service real estate and property management company with a national presence and an outstanding reputation. We operate in 50+ of the nation’s most investable markets and manage over 24,000 homes. Our goal is to manage 250,000 homes by 2030, and we’re looking for driven individuals to help shape the future of property management.

We’re looking for an agent who wants to work with investors to help them grow their rental portfolio. The role is not a traditional real‑estate agent gig; you’ll receive company‑provided buyer/seller investor leads and marketing support. You will help investors build a portfolio of rental properties, handling acquisitions, rehab management, property management, and service work—all designed to make working with us an (almost) passive investment for investors.

• Work with existing clients to source and purchase rental properties.
• Assist clients with underwriting properties.
• Network with investors, agents, and wholesalers to drive leads.
• List properties for sale.
• Walk properties and create rehab scopes.

• Must have an active real estate license for the market you wish to work in.
• Able to work in G‑suite and learn software systems quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
