Position Overview

We’re looking for an agent who wants to work with investors to help them grow their rental portfolio. The role is not a traditional real‑estate agent gig; you’ll receive company‑provided buyer/seller investor leads and marketing support. You will help investors build a portfolio of rental properties, handling acquisitions, rehab management, property management, and service work—all designed to make working with us an (almost) passive investment for investors.

Responsibilities
  • Work with existing clients to source and purchase rental properties.
  • Assist clients with underwriting properties.
  • Network with investors, agents, and wholesalers to drive leads.
  • List properties for sale.
  • Walk properties and create rehab scopes.
Requirements
  • Must have an active real estate license for the market you wish to work in.
  • Able to work in G‑suite and learn software systems quickly.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Interest in real estate investing.
