This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Real Estate Agent for our office in Cabot and North Little Rock, AR. The Real Estate Agent will engage with clients to understand their real estate needs, facilitate property transactions, and provide industry expertise. Responsibilities include showing properties, conducting market analysis to determine property values, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying, selling, and rental processes.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Proven experience in Sales and exceptional Customer Service skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with clients and team members
• Proficiency in real estate technology tools and market analysis
• Knowledge of the local Cabot, AR property market is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
