We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional Barista to join our team. This role is all about creating memorable guest experiences through timely and personalized service.

• Provide warm, personalized service to all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of appliances and counter space throughout the shift.
• Manage trash removal and general upkeep of the barista station.
• Greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude.
• Handle customer complaints professionally or escalated to the manager.
• Operate cash registers and record transactions accurately.
• Inform customers of available payment options (cash, check, credit/debit).
• Monitor inventory and restock shelves as needed.
• Count cash drawer before and after shifts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain neat appearance and professional demeanor.
• Handle repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.
• Maintain transaction records using basic computer systems.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be respectful and courteous to guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Previous cashier or customer service experience.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong integrity, honesty, and accountability.

• $14.00–$15.40 + tips
