• Build relationships and create customers for life by asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully.
• Be the vehicle expert, knowing product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
• Conduct high‑quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business and positive experience.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring a positive attitude and ‘A‑game’ every day.
