Vector Marketing is currently interviewing for part‑time sales positions with an option to work more. Reps interact with customers to sell American‑made Cutco products, set appointments, give engaging presentations, and enter orders online. A guaranteed base pay is provided, and commissions can increase earnings; the higher of the base or commission is paid weekly. No prior sales or home‑goods experience is required—training is supplied to ensure success.

Reps are paid weekly—base or commission, whichever is higher for the week.
Base pay is $30.00 per appointment, with a commission structure tied to performance, not tenure. The role offers a fallback income when sales are low.

Solid training has been provided for over 40 years. Even brief tenure equips reps with valuable sales, networking, and communication skills useful in any field.

We help reps create a schedule that fits their needs: some work as much as possible, others during winter break, and many maintain a highly flexible part‑time role around class, job, vacations, or family obligations.

Training and meetings take place in the local office. After training, reps work locally.

Long‑term rep engagement can lead to multiple career paths, including management and full‑time sales professional roles.
