Your day will consistof connecting with prospective clients to discover and meettheir needs, resolve their questions, and ultimately guide them through the auto and home insurance comparison and purchasing process (think, the Yoda of insurance). Tobe successful in this role, you should have the gift ofgab and be able to earn our clients’ trust, and overcomeprospect’s hesitations with the goal of making them aG&G client.

Ultimately, you willhelp build and maintain our reputation as a company that offers top-notch client experiences during the insuranceprocess.

• Efficiently sellhome, auto, boat, life, etc insurance policies via phone,email, text, and chat
• Analyzecustomers' insurance needs based on a needs discoveryconversation
• Leverage technology to quote insurance coverage with multiple companies to findclients the best fit for their needs
• Clearly explaininsurance proposals to clients leveraging a consultative andempathetic approach
• Identify andcapitalize on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• May conduct fieldvisits as necessary
• Work effectively ina collaborative team environment

• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Insuranceexperience is not required, we will reimburselicensing fees (license required before start date) and provide extensive training so you become an insurance sales expert!
• High School Degreeor relevant work experience
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to multitask, strong computer, analytical, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills
• Competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly bonus - $35k base salary
• 1st year earningsaverage $51k - $60k
• 2nd year seeaverage $60k - $70k
• Years 3+ hitting $75k+ with opportunity for over 10% raise based on performance
