Armed Security Guard- WH

Schedule:

8:30pm to 6:00am Friday and Saturday

Job Duties:

Officer will be at supervisory level, sergeant, over multiple armed waffle houses on the weekends. The prospective supervisor will be charged with responding to incidents at Waffle House locations, making spot checks on officers and assisting with onsite incident sat units. Officer will be charged with ensuring all officer meet compliance.

Any pre reqs needed for applicants:
Officer will be driving his/her personal car and /or company vehicle so they will need an MVR, they will need to three days of Arkansas guard classes to become certified armed officers if they don't have it already. Need to have prior supervisor experience.

• Maintain the security and safety of the assigned site through regular patrols
• Actively enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Respond to emergency situations and provide security assistance
• Engage with the public to offer assistance and directions
• Monitor closed-circuit television for potential issues

• Maintain a physical presence within the facility as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
• Provide superior customer care to enhance the facility's atmosphere
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Prevent unauthorized access to the area and items within

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be 21 years old
• Must have valid armed license where required
• Strong commitment to the well-being of others
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using computer systems and applications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related experience
• Active Armed Security license
• Valid Driver's License

• Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing for up to 4 hours
• Foot patrol and ability to lift up to 15 pounds
• Must stay alert at all times
