Skilled Trades – Commercial Handyman

We are a growing commercial service, maintenance, and repair company looking to add a technician to our team.

If you are a jack of all trades, master of some, skilled in others, then we are interested in you!

Most of our work ranges from single calls to small projects and consists of typical handyman work in a commercial environment. It is a great opportunity for someone who has multiple skill sets and has great customer service skills.

This is a full-time opportunity with Monday – Friday work.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A clean criminal background
• Your own basic tools
• Transportation
• Pass random drug screens
• Skilled in Drywall Installation, Drywall Finish and Painting
• Some knowledge in the following:
  Carpentry, Commercial Roofing, Ceiling tile maintenance, Some Building Maintenance skills
• Able to work in all climate types, climb, bend and lift 50 lbs

General Purpose
:
Complete any commercial maintenance, repair or service call assignments in our service area, covering most of the state.

Hourly Range: $14-$20

Compensation: $14 - $20/hr based on Experience
