This position is for for an experienced Drywall Finisher who is committed to quality work and customer service. Additional trade skills are a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work independently to safely and professionally complete drywall repairs and new installation as well as complete some home repair, maintenance and improvement projects within schedule and budget
• Organize and manage equipment and materials required to complete projects
• Work with clients and teammates to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining focus on safety
• Accurately track job progress and collect payments utilizing field service software and tablets

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• An expert level knowledge of drywall finishing is required
• A good overall knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical is a plus
• Possessing the tools needed to complete drywall repairs, installation and finishing is required
• Possessing many of the tools needed to complete home repair, maintenance and installation projects and understand how to safely/properly utilize them is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and basic mathematical and English language skills
• A strong work ethic, excellent time management, highly dependable, and self-reliant
• Able to safely do physical labor work including bending, lifting (75+ lbs), climbing ladders and handling tools
• Work in attics and other limited-space areas
• Reliable transportation
• Current valid driver's license with good driving record and ability to operate fleet vehicle in a safe manner at all times
• Pass background screening
