This position is for experienced multi-skilled Carpenters / Craftsmen who are committed to quality work and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work independently to safely and professionally complete home repair, maintenance, and improvement projects within schedule and budget
• Organize and manage equipment and materials required to complete projects
• Work with clients and teammates to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining focus on safety
• Accurately track job progress and collect payments utilizing field service software and tablets

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• A good overall knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical
• Possess many of the tools needed to complete home repair, maintenance, and installation projects and understand how to safely and properly utilize them
• Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and basic mathematical and English language skills
• A strong work ethic, excellent time management, highly dependable, and self-reliant
• Able to safely perform physical labor including bending, lifting (75+ lbs), climbing ladders, and handling tools
• Work in attics and other limited-space areas
• Reliable transportation
• Current valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to operate fleet vehicles safely at all times
• Pass background screening
