Your Impact:

Pearce Services is seeking skilled and motivated entry level technicians to service and repair commercial generators and HVAC equipment on cell tower and telecom sites. Candidates should be responsible, highly motivated, willing to travel, and reside in the Little Rock, Arkansas area for these local positions.

• Service, maintain, and repair generators, and HVAC systems at telecom and cell tower sites.
• Maintain commercial package cooling systems supporting telecom equipment shelters.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, load-bank testing, and performance checks.
• Perform basic generator repairs, oil changes, lubrication, and fuel system maintenance.
• Respond to 24/7 emergency callouts and complete accurate service reports.

• 1+ year generator and/or HVAC service experience (technical school accepted) preferred but not required.
• Preferred experience with ATS, electrical troubleshooting, and critical power systems.
• EPA Universal or Type II Certification preferred; EGSA a plus.
• Knowledge of FCC, FAA, EPA, OSHA standards.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least a year with an acceptable driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Safety and work requirements: Pearce safety is a priority. Candidates must comply with OSHA standards. Duties include lifting 50+ lbs; climbing, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods; extensive travel; ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations; and meeting DOT driver requirements where applicable. A company vehicle, phone, laptop/tablet, and safety equipment will be provided as required for the role.
