Head High School Football Coach / Director of Football Operations

The Lake Hamilton School District is actively seeking an exceptional and dynamic leader to fill the dual role of Head High School Football Coach and Director of Football Operations for the  season. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a comprehensive football program dedicated to excellence both on the field and in the lives of our student-athletes.

We are searching for a candidate with a proven track record of success and the compelling vision required to build and sustain a successful program. The successful candidate will possess:

* Prior successful head coaching experience is preferred but not required.

* Dynamic leadership skills that inspire and motivate student-athletes and staff.

* A strong commitment to the development of every student-athlete.

* Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with players, staff, administration, and the community.

Applicants must possess or be eligible for an Arkansas Educators License. The district maintains flexibility on specific areas of certification, encouraging all highly qualified candidates to apply.
