• 2025 year-end: $1,345 - $1,690 ($70,040-$88,040/year)
• 10-week rolling average: $1,555 - $1,935 ($80,995-$100,740/year)

Anderson Driver Requirements:

• Company drivers are 6+ month experience and lease drivers are 1+ yr experience
• Valid CDL-A License
• Company: 6+ months verifiable OTR experience
• Lease: 1+ year verifiable OTR experience
• Must meet DOT requirements
• Must have stable, verifiable work history & acceptable driving record
