Inventory Analyst – Company 9 LLC
Company 9 LLC is hiring an Inventory Analyst to support warehouse and inventory operations across multiple facilities in Little Rock, AR or Memphis, TN.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and reconcile inventories.
- Partner with plant management and finance to investigate, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Perform inventory audits as necessary.
- Create inventory purchase orders and complete receipts for inventory.
- Set up inventory vendors and review and process inventory invoices.
- Complete intercompany transfers of inventory.
- Ensure that locations complete cycle counts on time and accurately.
- Help lead inventory counts as needed.
- Complete inventory adjustments in the ERP system.
- Support initiatives that ensure overall inventory accuracy.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two (2) or more years of procurement or inventory management experience is preferred.
- Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, and multiplication) are required.
- Proficiency with 10‑key, Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer skills is required.
- Warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English is required.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds is required.
- Willingness to work in a customer‑driven, safety‑conscious organization is required.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities throughout the workday are required.
- High school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Two (2) or more years of procurement or inventory management experience preferred.
- Strong math skills.
