We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a devoted team at a school that focuses on pupils with a variety of learning needs. This is the perfect position for someone who wants to concentrate on delivering meaningful and engaging learning experiences rather than administrative tasks. You will be vital in helping children succeed by building trusting relationships, adapting teaching methods, and creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Tailored Support:
    Help pupils across all subjects using a needs-based approach.
  • Effective Communication:
    Build trust and communicate with children to boost their learning and well-being.
  • Implement and support personalized learning strategies.
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Promote active participation and independence in lessons.
  • Communicate with the teaching team and families about a child’s progress or any concerns.
  • Champion equality and diversity in the classroom.

  • A solid understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability.
  • The right to work in the UK.
