We're looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join the top-rated specialist school in the county. This full-time, term-time position starts as soon as possible. Be part of an established, enthusiastic, and supportive team from day one!
In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children who have complex SEN needs. Patience, compassion, and a commitment to accessible learning are key. As part of our award-winning, Ofsted-rated “Outstanding” school, you'll help shape a creative, relevant, and hands‑on curriculum that truly meets each child's unique needs.

Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM‑4:00 PM - Type:
Full-time, permanent, term‑time only

- Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Relevant teaching Assistant and SEN experience (must be able to provide references)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Supporting a SEN learner on a 1:1 basis
- Supporting learners with a severe and complex needs
- Working with the teacher to support the learning objectives
This role is open to receiving applications over the next week. Within a week of the closing date, appropriate applicants will begin a three‑stage interview process, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the final stage of the interview process with appropriate school leadership.
