Build strong, trusting relationships with students and encourage positive attitudes towards learning.
Monitor student progress and provide appropriate feedback and support.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider pastoral team to support students' academic and personal development.
Promote positive behaviour, resilience, confidence and independence.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A flexible, patient and nurturing approach to teaching.
The ability to adapt lessons to engage students with different learning needs and abilities.

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
Able to commute to Littlehampton.
