As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, delivering pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies
• Support students with their learning and engagement
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence managing groups of young people
• A genuine interest in education or teaching
• Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
