A local authority client is seeking a Town Planning Officer to join the Development Management team in Littlehampton on an initial 6-month contract. Candidates should have experience with planning applications, especially with listed buildings and conservation areas. Responsibilities include inspecting plans, advising applicants, maintaining records, and drafting reports. Agile working arrangements are offered, but weekly presence is essential.
