Activities Coordinator - BankThis role is ideal if you enjoy entertaining others or designing activities and want to make a real difference. You may be new to care or looking for a new challenge within one of our homes.
Location and RatingFulford care home, Littlehampton, West Sussex. CQC rating:

- Companionship – provide support, companionship, communication and engagement with residents.
- Activity design – take charge of designing engaging activities plans internally and with external resources.
- Event planning – organise events such as summer BBQs or Christmas parties for residents.
- Resident interaction – discuss with residents to discover which activities they want and help realise those plans.
- External communication – coordinate with external entertainers or businesses to organise visits for residents.
- Mobility support – encourage independence through activities such as Zumba, ballroom dancing, balloon tennis, etc.
- Social activities – arrange trips out, social engagements and in‑home activities for all ability levels.
- Minimum of 12 months on your right to work.
- Current commitment to a bank contract – flexible working is essential.
- £12.25 per hour
