£12.46 per hour + £1.00 per hour night enhancement

Night Shifts | 8:00pm – 8:00am | Set Rotas

We are recruiting Night Care Support Workers to join a 5-Star Residential Care Home in Rustington, West Sussex. This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults with complex needs in a warm, friendly, and professional care environment.

Previous care experience is welcome, but not essential — full training is provided.

• Week 1:
  Saturday & Sunday nights
• Week 2:
  Monday, Wednesday & Saturday nights
• Hours:
  
  8:00pm – 8:00am

• £12.46 per hour
• £1.00 per hour night enhancement (8:00pm – 7:00am)

As a Night Care Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to adults with:

• Physical Disabilities
• Huntington's Disease
• Cerebral Palsy
• Brain Injuries

• Personal care and daily living support
• Administering medication
• Supporting mealtimes
• Encouraging independence
• Supporting social and community activities

You will work as part of a supportive and experienced night team.

• Previous care or support work experience preferred (not essential)
• Caring, compassionate, and reliable
• Willing to learn and develop
• Able to work night shifts on a set rota
