Private Client Assistant About the role A full-time opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Assistant to support a Senior Associate and the wider team within a growing Private Client department, based at their Rustington office.

This role is ideal for someone with existing exposure to Private Client work who enjoys being at the heart of a busy department. The successful candidate will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support while assisting with a varied caseload including Wills and Probate matters.

Working closely with an experienced Senior Associate, the role offers hands-on involvement, responsibility and the chance to further develop Private Client knowledge in a supportive, professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of Private Client law, particularly Wills and Probate, and will thrive in a fast-paced setting.

They will be able to:

• Prioritise a varied workload effectively
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Deliver an excellent level of service to clients
• Work confidently on their own initiative and as part of a team
• Draft legal documents under supervision
• Provide fast, accurate secretarial support with strong administrative and numerical skills
• Adhere to internal compliance regulations and firm-wide procedures
