• Age 21+ : £12.41 per hour
• Under 21 : £10.20 per hour

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Services Advisor to join our Halfords team. The successful candidate will work on customers’ vehicles in the car park and on bikes in-store, delivering a wide range of fitting services including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing. The role requires a customer‑first approach, quick problem solving and the ability to work efficiently on a rota, including weekends.

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Problem solving skills.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Experience of tailoring the customer approach in a sales environment (preferred).
• Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair (preferred).
• Experience of working towards and achieving sales targets (preferred).
