• Establish and manage processes for effective fleet management, ensuring efficiency and cost transparency
• Coordinate all employee requirements related to company vehicles, including delivery coordination and damage assessments
• Oversee the invoicing process and review invoices related to fleet operations
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees entitled to a company car
• Coordinate vendor onboardings and support financial processes in SAP Ariba

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience, particularly in fleet management
• Strong leadership and time, task, and resource management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Proficient written and oral skills in both German and English

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills and experience in project management
• Proven track record of problem-solving and implementation skills
• High social competence and customer orientation
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment
