Overnight Supervisor Hoffman Homes, Inc.

The Residential Services Department is accepting applicants for the Night Supervisor position.

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of work experience with children.
• Associate’s degree (or 60 Credit hours) combined with 3 years of work experience with children.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Documentation and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Must be able to pass Safe Crisis Management Training and become a certified SCM trainer.
• The schedule is 4 nights on/ 4 nights off (9:30 PM – 7:30 AM) and includes weekend hours.

• The Night Supervisor position provides direct supervision and training to the 3rd Shift Mental Health Workers.
• The applicant selected for the Night Supervisor position will focus on and educate direct-care staff to take a safe and least restrictive therapeutic approach with the children in care.
• The principles of Safe Crisis Management and Trauma Informed Care must be applied.
• This position is responsible for maintaining appropriate ratios, addressing scheduling needs and monitoring the overall operations of the residential department during the overnight hours.
