• Lead and manage a team of Sales Engineers and Solution Architects, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Own the technical strategy for pre‑sales and delivery, ensuring alignment with product direction
• Oversee customer engagements from discovery through solution design and delivery
• Develop and implement best practices for Generative AI architectures and orchestration frameworks
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services to shape customer‑ready solutions

• 6+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical pre‑sales, or enterprise architecture, preferably in AI, automotive, or cloud‑native software
• Proven leadership experience with technical teams or organizations
• In‑depth understanding of Generative AI technologies and modern software/cloud architectures
• Strong executive‑level communication skills and experience with senior customer stakeholders
• Willingness to travel globally as required

• Proficiency in German is an advantage
• Familiarity with LLMs, SLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks
