What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Recruit and hire a high‑performing sales team within budget and timelines

  • At least 2+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business development
  • Direct experience in managing teams responsible for demand generation and customer acquisition
  • Ability to close complex sales with multiple stakeholders in new solution categories
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying technical features as business value
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with consultative, value‑based sales methodologies (such as Force Management or Challenger Sale)
  • Proven ability to manage deals of various sizes, including transactions between $50K – $100K
  • Experience building relationships with executive‑level clients and partners
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
