What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Manage accounts strategically with a focus on customer retention and expansion.
- Engage with C‑level executives and stakeholders across various lines of business.
- Represent the entire process intelligence platform in sales engagements.
- Achieve individual revenue targets by closing significant deals within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate closely with partners and orchestrate complex sales cycles with cross‑functional teams.
- 8‑12 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
- Background in Management/Business Process Consulting;
SaaS Sales experience is a plus. - Proven ability to build relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C‑level.
- Strong understanding of key processes and KPIs in the Food Retail industry, particularly in Finance and Supply Chain.
- Fluency in German and English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in SaaS Sales.
- Familiarity with the Retail and Consumer industry, including key players and trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with a positive and creative mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
