What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage accounts strategically with a focus on customer retention and expansion.
  • Engage with C‑level executives and stakeholders across various lines of business.
  • Represent the entire process intelligence platform in sales engagements.
  • Achieve individual revenue targets by closing significant deals within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and orchestrate complex sales cycles with cross‑functional teams.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 8‑12 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
  • Background in Management/Business Process Consulting;
    SaaS Sales experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C‑level.
  • Strong understanding of key processes and KPIs in the Food Retail industry, particularly in Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Fluency in German and English with strong communication and presentation skills.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in SaaS Sales.
  • Familiarity with the Retail and Consumer industry, including key players and trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with a positive and creative mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
