AP Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Client on a direct hire basis. This position is critical to ensuring smooth disbursement operations and timely processing of Fed Ex shipments. The ideal candidate will have general AP experience, attention to detail, and basic Excel skills.

• Audit daily payment batches and ensure all transactions are properly logged.
• Enter reference numbers into audit logs for accurate recordkeeping.
• Prepare and process Fed Ex labels for daily PM pickup.
• Support disbursement activities with general AP tasks.

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Basic knowledge of disbursements and AP processes.
• Proficiency in basic Excel functions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
