Junior Accountant

Location: Littleton, CO | On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $70,000–$80,000

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Accountant looking to strengthen their accounting foundation while gaining valuable experience with financial systems, month-end close, and day-to-day general ledger responsibilities.

• Gain exposure to audit preparation and financial reporting support

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger

• Complete balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations

• Assist with month-end close activities and deadlines

• Research discrepancies and help ensure accounts are accurate and properly supported

• Maintain accurate financial information within Quick Books

• Support accounting activities across multiple systems during an ongoing system transition

• Prepare schedules, reports, and supporting accounting documentation

• Assist with audit preparation and respond to documentation requests

• Help maintain consistency and accuracy of financial data across accounting systems

• Partner with the accounting team on additional projects and process improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• 1–3+ years of accounting experience

• Working knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations

• Experience with Quick Books

• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines

• Eagerness to learn and continue developing technical accounting skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another ERP system is a plus, but not required
