Base pay range$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

HR & People Operations Support- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access coordination, and file management.
- Maintain employee personnel files and ensure proper handling of confidential records.
- Support benefits administration by coordinating enrollment materials, employee communications, and documentation.
- Assist with payroll‑related administrative tasks, including data collection and verification.
- Track HR deadlines, acknowledgments, and policy compliance.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and elevate issues as appropriate.
- Prepare the office for internal meetings, leadership meetings, and company events.
- Stock and maintain breakroom, kitchen, and general office supplies.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail distribution.
- Maintain office organization and readiness to support business operations.
- Assist with vendor coordination, service requests, and invoice tracking.
- Assist the Accounting team with bank deposits.
- Print, prepare, and mail checks as directed.
- Assist the Marketing team with administrative and organizational support.
- Help organize and track marketing expenses and invoices.
- Maintain and update marketing budgets and expense trackers.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining marketing assets, files, and folders.
- Coordinate shipping of promotional materials, swag, and supplies to conferences, events, and field teams.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and trackers related to HR, office operations, accounting, and marketing support.
- Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as requested.
- Ensure data accuracy across internal systems.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal administrative and operational requests.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Assist executive leadership with administrative support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s degree preferred. - 2+ years of administrative, office management, HR, or operations support experience.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
