Mainline Technician - Land Rover Denver

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

We are hiring Mainline Techs to join the Holman family. Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus based on qualification. Relocation assistance available.

Pay Range: $23 – $51 per flat rate hour

Schedule: Technicians work 8‑hour shifts plus a 1‑hour lunch. Additional hours are optional.

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Maintain leading‑edge knowledge of automotive diagnostic technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry and diagnostics arena.

• 1 year or more of automotive technician experience.
• Technical auto training or brand certifications; ASEs are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR or minimal violations.
• Willingness to undergo our background requirements.
