- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections & damage documentation using CCC One.
- Prepare & submit accurate estimates & supplements while managing insurance approvals.
- Facilitate communication between customers, technicians & insurance companies.
- Clearly explain repair processes & costs to ensure top‑tier customer satisfaction.
- Schedule appointments to maximize shop efficiency.
- Complete OEM & GM training to enhance your expertise.
- Collision estimating experience (CCC One preferred).
- Strong customer service & communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Team‑oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- I‑CAR Certifications are a plus!
