• Maintain all production systems/equipment in proper working order, ready for service and event use in auditorium, youth room, and Kids ministry rooms.
• Responsible for executing the Weekend Experience services through set up, leading production teams, calling cues/transitions, coordinating with staff, pastors and worship team to address production needs.
• Oversee campus production volunteer team in the areas of scheduling, training, shepherding.
• Ensure equipment is secure when not in use, by properly powering down, storing, covering or what’s appropriate for each item.
• Maintain the high standard production values in each service and events.
• Work directly with CP, worship leaders, and staff on normal week-to-week technology needs.
• Responsible for implementing Central guidelines, strategies, and training protocols at the campus level as defined by the Central Production Team and Director.
• Works with the Production Director on special events and other projects beyond the local campus needs.
• IT and technology support/assistance when needed.
• Work with Production Director on creating capital/operating budgets, needs assessments, requests, and then spending within that appropriate budget.
• Assisting the Creative Team projects as needed.
