THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Worship Pastor to lead our community into the presence of God with theological depth, artistic beauty, and pastoral care.

This is a strategic and deeply relational role—someone who can both lead the band on Sunday and pastor the people behind the music throughout the week. You’ll oversee the full worship life of our church, from weekend worship, to team culture, and from set design to spiritual formation.

We’re looking for a relational pastor and skilled musician with a deep love for Jesus, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for helping people worship with both their hearts and minds. You’ll join a healthy, unified staff that loves to laugh, collaborates deeply, and values rest, authenticity, and spiritual depth over production and polish.

• Lead Worship Services:
  Craft and lead engaging, Jesus-centered gatherings that help people encounter his presence and respond with their whole lives.
• Plan Weekly Services:
  Collaborate with Teaching, Tech, and Creative teams to design flow, Scripture readings, prayers, and musical elements.
• Lead & Develop the Band:
  Recruit, audition, train, and shepherd volunteer musicians and vocalists; lead rehearsals with clarity, excellence, and care.
• Oversee Tech & Production:
  Partner with the Tech Director and Worship Arts Admin to ensure sound, lighting, and media serve worship rather than distract.
• Cultivate Team Culture:
  Pastor and disciple worship and production teams through prayer, community, and spiritual formation.
• Manage Systems & Administration:
  Maintain Planning Center, schedules, and communication with intentionality and transparency.

  Work with Communications and Set Design on visuals and major seasons (i.e. Advent and Easter).
• Lead with Presence:
  Use systems and plans to serve people, not the other way around—creating space for prayerful presence over performance.
